Sales Data Analyst

To help us scale even faster, we’re hiring a Sales Data Analyst to turn raw sales data into meaningful insights. You’ll work at the heart of our operations, analyzing performance, spotting opportunities, and making sure our sales decisions are always backed by data.

📊 What You’ll Do

• Analyze sales performance metrics across the entire funnel — from lead generation to deal conversion.

• Build dashboards and reporting tools to help our sales and leadership teams make smarter decisions.

• Identify trends, gaps, and patterns in customer data, campaign performance, and product-market fit signals.

• Collaborate with sales, growth, and product teams to test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and find what’s working (and what’s not).

• Help us set up repeatable, data-driven sales strategies by analyzing pipeline velocity, win/loss trends, and lead scoring models.

• Own CRM data hygiene and ensure that insights are built on clean, reliable inputs.

• Provide regular reports and ad hoc analyses for strategy reviews and investor updates.

• Work closely with founders to support pricing decisions, channel performance, and expansion planning.

📌 What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations — ideally in a SaaS or high-growth startup.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).

• Hands-on experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.

• A strong analytical mindset — you love making sense of complex data and turning it into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills — you’re just as comfortable writing a report as you are presenting it to a non-technical team.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and make things happen in a fast-moving environment.

• Bonus: Experience working with startup funding or investor datasets.
