Growth Marketing Manager

To scale our reach and help more founders fundraise smarter and faster, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to supercharge our internal sales engine. This role is critical to helping our sales team run smoothly, make informed decisions, and close more deals with less friction.
You’ll work directly with leadership and sales to optimise the full sales cycle — from lead gen and CRM automation to performance analysis and revenue reporting.
🔍 What You’ll Do
Plan and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (email, social, content, paid, SEO) to drive user acquisition.
Own website traffic, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement across the site and lead magnets.
Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and rapidly experiment with new acquisition tactics.
Collaborate with Product and Sales to align on messaging and optimize the buyer journey.
Manage tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Webflow to continuously optimize performance.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
2+ years of growth or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS or startup.
Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, data dashboards, and CAC/LTV metrics.
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Business Suite.
Creativity and hustle — you can move fast with limited resources.
