3. Data & Content Usage

The investor data we provide is collected from public sources and is intended for personal, non-commercial use by founders and startup teams.

You may:

• View and download investor spreadsheets

• Use them for direct outreach to investors

• Share internally within your team

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute any part of the data

• Use the data for spam, scraping, or unsolicited mass messaging

• Repackage the data for commercial resale or marketplace listing

• Violate privacy or data protection regulations when contacting individuals

We reserve the right to suspend access for any misuse.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure all data is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee:

• The completeness or correctness of all entries

• That every contact will respond or remain valid

• That our data will match all fundraising needs

Venture Sheet is a data assistant — not an investor, fundraising agency, or financial advisor.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some services are offered as paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription or one-time product:

• You agree to the listed pricing and billing terms

• You understand that refunds are only offered under specific conditions (see below)

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

• You receive a corrupt or non-functional file

• You accidentally purchased twice and notify us within 3 business days

• You did not receive your investor sheet after payment

Due to the nature of digital data products, we do not offer refunds for downloaded content that was delivered as promised.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these Terms

• We suspect misuse or abuse of the service

• You act in a way that harms other users or the Venture Sheet platform

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, data presentation, and technology used to deliver the Service are the intellectual property of Sheet Venture. You may not copy, clone, or reproduce our tools or visual format without express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Venture Sheet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funding, opportunity, or business arising from use of our data

• Inaccuracies in third-party information

• Delays, interruptions, or platform errors
