At Venture Sheet, we’re building the fastest way to find the right investors — curated, AI-powered, and delivered in a Google Sheet tailored to your startup.
To scale our reach and help more founders fundraise smarter and faster, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to supercharge our internal sales engine. This role is critical to helping our sales team run smoothly, make informed decisions, and close more deals with less friction.
You’ll work directly with leadership and sales to optimize the full sales cycle — from lead gen and CRM automation to performance analysis and revenue reporting.
🔍 What You’ll Do
• Monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics (e.g. conversion rates, pipeline health, revenue per rep) and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to track sales team performance in real-time.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and recommend improvements to processes, playbooks, and outreach workflows.
• Maintain and optimize CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) to ensure accurate data, better automation, and efficient handoffs between teams.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment on goals, lead quality, and feedback loops.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and providing documentation/tools that help new sales reps ramp up quickly.
• Forecast sales performance and prepare reports for leadership that drive strategy and decision-making.
• Help us scale by setting up repeatable, data-backed systems that drive predictable growth.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Ops, or Sales Analytics — ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or startup environment.
• Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable working with large data sets and transforming insights into action.
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar), and sales enablement platforms.
• Ability to think systematically — process mapping, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting scalable solutions is second nature to you.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; you’ll be a bridge between technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude. You don’t wait for instructions — you ask the right questions and solve problems early.
• Bonus: experience in investor data, venture capital, or fundraising SaaS.
