Operation Manager

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to own the systems that keep us moving. From workflows to tools, vendors to customer support — this role is the engine behind our day-to-day. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and love solving problems before they appear, this is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Build & Refine Systems

Set up and optimize internal tools, automations, and processes across ops, sales, and customer success.

• Data & Delivery Oversight

Manage delivery of our Google Sheets product, including QA, formatting, filters, and speed.

• Customer Support & Success

Respond to support tickets, client onboarding, and ensure every customer gets value fast.

• Team Coordination

Align with marketing, sales, and product to make sure the whole company runs like a clean API.

• Vendor & Tool Management

Own Notion, Slack, GSheet workflows, Airtable, Stripe, and other core stack tools.

• Report & Improve

Track KPIs, build dashboards, and constantly look for ways to make us faster, leaner, and smarter.

💡 What You Bring

• Experience running operations at an early-stage SaaS, data, or digital product company.

• Deep familiarity with modern tools (GSheets, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Stripe, etc).

• A “get things done” attitude — with excellent written communication and autonomy.

• Obsessed with clean processes and thoughtful problem-solving.

• Bonus: Background in customer success, analytics, or B2B delivery ops.
